What is MiconaHex+Triz Shampoo?
MiconaHex+Triz Shampoo is used to support healthy skin for animals with conditions responsive to miconazole and/or chlorhexidine. It contains ceramides to aid in moisturizing, repairing and restoring dry, damaged skin. It has residual effects, remaining on your pet’s skin after rinsing to continue to protect against infection.

How does MiconaHex+Triz Shampoo work?
The active ingredients include Miconazole, a synthetic antifungal used to prevent and treat fungal skin infections and Chlorhexidine gluconate, which is generally used as adjunctive therapy for bacterial skin infections cause by Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.
Cautions:
For topical use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If skin irritation develops or increases, stop use and call your veterinarian. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Wash hands after use.
MiconaHex+Triz Shampoo Directions:
- Shake well.
- Apply to wet coat, rub onto skin and haircoat to create a rich lather.
- Allow shampoo to remain on skin and coat for 5-10 minutes.
- Rinse well.
- Use up to four times per week or as directed by your veterinarian.
All changes (positive or negative) in the condition or the skin and haircoat should be reported to your veterinarian to determine continued bathing frequency with this shampoo.
